Sorry for the ignorance but I'm still confused between refinancing and debt settlement and as to which is best suited for what scenario. Right now I have a good credit standing but I'm just starting up. I have a cash loan and a car loan from two different banks. I'm paying well and I can't see any reason that I will default in the future. I'm asking just for me to be prepared in case I have to. Thanks in advance!
